Mid-Production Order Cancellations
Once an order is approved and payment is made, FRNK SPLY will not issue refunds for mid-production order cancellations.

Misprinted Orders
We do not issue refunds for misprinted orders. However, we will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, they are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as production issues or shipping delays.

Garment Defects
FRNK SPLY is not responsible for any defects in garments from the manufacturer. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 24 hours.

Approval and Changes
By paying any part of the invoice, you are confirming your approval of all details specified. Changes cannot be made to the invoice after approval.

Fixes
In the event that a fix is necessary, the order will be reprocessed as a standard order and completed within 10-14 business days from the date of approval.

Inspection Period
Customers have a 24-hour window to inspect their order upon receipt. Any errors or issues must be reported to FRNK SPLY within this timeframe for resolution.
